How to request deletion
You can request deletion of your TruProps account by emailing us from the phone number or details associated with your account.
Send your request to support@truprops.com with the subject “Delete my TruProps account”, and include:
- The registered phone number on your account
- The name on the account, if you provided one
We may ask you to confirm the request so we can verify that you own the account.
What we remove
When an account is deleted, we remove associated personal information according to our data retention practices.
This typically includes account details such as:
- Name and phone number
- Profile information
- Saved searches and in-app preferences
We may retain limited information where needed to maintain security or meet legal obligations.
